biting the inside of your cheek. once you do it you seem to keep doing it and it takes forever to heal.

a paper sore, followed by stubbing toe.
not sure what a canker sore is?
an eyelash is easy to remove,
i pick hang nails off
i always bite inside my cheek

I dont know what a canker sore is and ive never had a hang nail, so i would have to go with stubbing your little toe - god that hurts!!

tough question. i get paper cuts a lot of times , i work a t a warehouse oww it can cut like a knife too .. i have bit my tongue too many times that too is ouch!!!!!
i had a hang nail i got my finger nale caught in plastic and ripped it ,, i dont think biting your cheek biting your tongue canker sore is near as painful as having you nail ripped past that littl zone where it bleeds .. . to me at least ..

It's a close one between paper cut & hang nail. They both hurt like the dickens...I'll go with...paper cut.
