Yes. I remember in high school my soccer coach made us do it as an exercise for a long time at practices, I still have no idea why.

Yep by doing Kegels.
Men do them too, probably most often without realizing it. It's when you are just standing there and you make your penis move around using your pelvic/kegel muscles. It's the same muscle we use to stop the flow of urine when relieving ourselves.

Yes, we can. In fact, there's something called Kagel Exercises mainly used to strengthen the pelvic muscles after pregnancy and childbirth.

Yes, and that is very important if women have over active bladder control problems.

We can use our vaginal muscles to squeeze yes. :)Exercising to have muscle tone is good for strengthening the pelvic floor (especially after childbirth) and bladder control.

That is true, and that is the muscle the controls the pee, and any woman can outlast a man in pee holding.

Of course, men also control similar muscles to make their penis sort of wiggle.

Of course they can (same muscles responsible for stopping the flow of urine). Plenty of girls do that on purpose to make themselves tighter or give my (insert lame penis name here) a massage. Feels pretty nice.
