The real John Belushi is dead......and has been for quite some time. He died of drug overdose of a heroin speed ball.
So unless he reincarnated, no that is not the real deal.
John Belushi has a brother, Jim, who is an actor, MAYBE that is him. MAYBE.

narcissistic personality disorder with schizophrenic induced paranoia
i have tried several times to advise him to seek the medical assistance he clearly needs
