Oh I see. Is it like when you put an offer in subject to survey?

I suspect that the buyer had a clause in her offer to purchase indicating that the purchase was contingent upon a successful survey of the property (to insure that the property boundaries are as advertised and that there are no other issues).

Your letter is advising that this contingency is now removed, under the assumption that the survey is completed and was satisfactory to the buyer.
