2. It might has been done.

Incorrect gramatically. You probably mean "might have been done".

If something has been done, then it is an indisputable fact. If it might have been done, then it is either possible that it has not been done, or it has not been done.

Examples:

- "He might have made peace with God before he died, but we will never know".

- "You might have told me that you would not be home until this time!". In this case, 'might' is a softer form of 'should'.

The difference is really bad grammar. It has been done means the task has been completed. It might has been done is horrible grammar. It should read It might HAVE been done which means there is a possibility the task has not been completed.

(it has been done) well that means job done..work accomplished.

but when u insert a might in between it..it means may be its done or its under processing.

'It has been done' means that the person who is saying it is sure about it and 'It might has (it should be 'have' and not 'has') been done' means the person who is saying it is not sure about it being done. That's what I understand.
