An opinion- if one use Quantum for see in the future and formulate this practice as "asking the Matrix" and have some results is this technolearning and all people could do this in their 90 % of brain?

The Matrix is just a movie.

Also, it's a myth that 90% of the brain is unused. 100% of the brain is dedicated to some necessary function, but not every portion of the brain is active at the same time.

Go to the mathematics section of your local college library and browse through the Linear Algebra selections. You'll discover all sorts of properties and theorems of matrices along with their detailed proofs. A good place for beginners to start is the standard reference by Howard Anton.

And you're right about using matrices in Quantum Mechanics. QM theory frequently applies matrices and their eigenvectors/eigenvalues to model operator and wave function interactions.
