Last night my wife woke up around 2 a.m. She had a really bad headache right above her right eye. When she pushed on that spot, she said it hurt. She kept trying to go back to sleep, but couldn't.

So I got her some Tylenol from the bathroom. When I came back in the room, she tried to get up and walk to me to take the meds, but she got really dizzy and almost fell.

After she took the meds, she said she felt nauceous and laid down on the floor. She fell asleep there after 20 - 30 minutes. I put her back in bed.

What in the world happened?

Any of those symptoms experienced on their own might be easily taken care of. However experienced together- your wife needs to see a doctor to properly assess the situation. Don't rely on the opinions of strangers in this situation- The vertigo combined with the pain to the touch and the extreme headahce are all signs that there may be something serious undiagnosed. Then again she may have something simple. The best thing to do is see a doctor to make sure there is nothing serious going on like a arterial sclerosis or lobal growth that could result in a stroke.

This sounds to me like it was a slight Migraine.
The best thing for your wife to do is to rest for a few days as Migraines can make you feel weak after you have suffered with one and tell her to get plenty of water into her system as this will help keep the body hydrated.
If this happens again i would ask your wife to go to the doctors, where they can give you proper medication for Migranie sufferes. But she is def not pregnant by the sounds of that.

I think it sounds like sinus' but your sinus' are affected when you are prego. I never hurts to take a test. Especially if she is trying different meds it wouldn't hurt so that way they don't affect the baby. If you think you could be do it. If your not get to the doctor. I hope she feels better!!!!

It sounds more like she is ill, is she still like this? The best way is to take a test. This does sound like a migraine, but it could be something more serious.

sounds like a migraine. If she's never had one before she should go to her doctor and get checked out.

I think you should take her to the doctor to get checked over and make sure she is ok.

Goodluck.
