Patience is a virtue but far too much patience can be silly.

There is an Arab proverb that says that if the mountain doesn't come to Mohamed then Mohamed must go to the mountain.

In other words sometimes you have to make a move to get things because nobody is going to knock at your door to hand them freely to you.

In the end you must find a balance between waiting and trying to get them because too much patience can be just as bad and counterproductive as wanting them instantly.

Sometimes, but have we passed by so many good things, by waiting for the next one? Who knows..
Maybe there is no right answer to this, and sometimes you just gotta take a risk. Where's the fun in playing safe? It all depends on the situation, and what is at risk, and as long as you know yourself, and respect others, you will know when to wait. I hope this makes sense.

Patience is a virtue, so they say. I want for nothing so that way there is no risk. But I have to keep believing that someday some good will come my way. Take care.

Yes I wanted to buy a Plasma HDTV when they first came out they were AU $21,000 instead I waited and got one even bigger than the original ones for AU$6,000 just under third of the price. So this saying does have have some true meaning.

The things that come to those who wait are the things left over by those who got their first!
