a villain:
eventhough it's not on your list I'll suggest Onslaught..almost all the heroes in the whole marvel universe(even villains!) join forces just to defeat him....

Superman may be able to withstand 80 years of comic books, but I highly doubt he could match up to an Attack from HikoXIII and the Hiten Mitsurugi Style..
As for spiderman.. A Half decent Mage could just encase him in a block of carbonite.. :p

Superman because he is not even human in the first place. His only weaknesses are kryptonite, magic and no exposure to a yellow sun. The others are human and can be killed by anything basically.
