You need to find positions which give deeper penetration. You could try with you laying on your back, with pillows underneath your hips and lower back to raise you up and support you, and then you can place your legs over your partners shoulders and he can help to hold you too, or he can use his hands for more fun things with out trying to sound too filthy! you also should relax, enjoy yourselves and not pressure yourselves into making love just to conceive. Conception is a very complicated process, and so many things have to be exact for it to happen.
I also think I read somewhere once that afterwards, you should lie in a similar position to the one I already described, and place your legs against the wall for support, so that gravity can help, and will give the sperm the best chance!

A friend of mine was advised by their therapist to try doggie style and if it wont work try raising your legs on your partners shoulders, your back against the bed. The deeper the penetration, the better the chances of conception.

Hi generally the "missionary" position is the best and perhaps if you put a pillow under your bum to raise your lower end up slightly, it apparantly helps!! Also, immediately afterwards, stay in that position, bend your knees and lift your lower end up, leaning on your elbows (God, I hope that description sounds ok!!) to ensure that everything stays where it should. Well, technically, any position will do - but missionary is recommended. I got pregnant by doing it doggy style, which is also supposed to be good for conceiving.
