Yes I do, I'm half Spanish half Chinese and 100% Filipino (just go figure it out). Different upbringing. Different views on common norms, different interests, different catholic beliefs.
This does not mean my relations towards other people don't work, because they can and do. The fact that they learn to be more open to new ideas and opinions, and on average of my acquaintances they sure have a, hell, lot of stories to tell.
In some instances, I was involved with an uneducated, narrow-minded, over-opinionated, never-travelled, drinking, smoking selfish moron. (by the way I drink and smoke too but absolutely not a moron, but I can be if conversation and the situation calls for it.)
If people communicate and at least, somehow, have common interests and respect for each others concern, then it doesn't matter from which country they come from. Need I say more? Shutting up...

Depends. I'm shy around people I don't know very well. But when I'm with friends or family I am loud, unless I'm in a bad mood or sad mood. At work, I have 2 friends there so I am always goofing off and I am always talking!

Only if I'm around certain people. Some people, I'll barely talk at all to, others, I might talk for hours.

i listen to people more than i talk, every1 seems to have the urge to be listened to. So i started developing this strategy by going to my lala land now when i hear people talking for a long time

It depends on how long I have been up and how much coffee I've had. After I've had a lot of coffee I cannot shutup!
