Its all a load of old tosh - its just become a commercial jungle - and for those of us who arent Christitan - what are we playing at? Its just an excuse to overeat and drink too much - you can say 'its great to get the family together' but people should make the effort with family all year round not just at crimbo - it is great getting together and having fun but why limit it to this one time of year! So many people end up in debt to buy stupidly expensive stuff! Why!? I think the pressure parents feel at christmas is unfair and unjustified....having said all that I am looking forward to my Turkey dinner! x

Yesterday I saw Marty Wild had a C.D out with guests on, yawn, Hank Marvin! lol It was awful and out of tune! Sounded really bad, I cannot imagine even the older people who used to like him, buying it.
But c'est la vie!

I think you have to just give over to all the **** that goes on over Christmas, and try to enjoy it without all the commercial advertising!
(And I do know what you mean! It really does get on my nerves aswell!)
