have you had plenty of water & a snack after school???

do you go to bed early enough to get plenty of sleep,
my kids got about 10 hours sleep at your age

or they at least read in bed for an hour & thats rest too!!

but if you dont feel like coming on the computer you should not!!

if its from the heat drink heaps extra cold water
because the heat will make you very very tired
it neally kills me in a heat wave sit in wet t-shirt but not when on the computer you will get zapped!

daylight saving stuffs the body up too till ya used to it & that can take all summer :)

Natural Ways for the Relief of Fatigue:

For generalized type of fatigue and weakness that are not related with the other symptoms, try the following to overcome the symptoms of fatigue. All these suggestions will help in preventing the fatigue due to physical work and emotional stress.

First of all, try to figure out the reason of being stressed and depressed and resolve the problem to eliminate the emotional stress that may contribute to fatigue.

The second step in controlling the symptoms of weakness and fatigue is to get a good night sleep. This is because the sleep disturbances can be the prime cause of fatigue.

Next, try to increase the physical activity gradually because too much rest can also cause fatigue. It will help in increasing the blood flow as well as the oxygen supply to all over the body. Regular exercise helps in improving the energy level.

The most important thing that contributes to the fatigue and weakness is skipping the meals. Never skip meals particularly breakfast because a balanced diet can greatly contribute in boosting the energy level of the body.

Best preventative for fatigue is a good schedule of meals, rest and especially sleep.

If you find fatigue hits you around 5 to 6 p.m. each day you might want to plan other activities around that time--possibly a meal or snack.

It might also be a good time for a power nap. You might want to skip days on the computer from time to time.

I find the computer does help me keep awake and I work nights. Staying busy and breaking my routine help a lot.

Good luck.

I have the similar problem before. You know working on computer is very consume. I think you need some fresh air, because one consume a lot of oxygen when concentrating on something. So just keep the window open. Next, pour some warm water into a bucket and put your feet to warm them, this will help blood circulation and transport fresh oxygen to your brain via blood circulating. OK. you try.

You go to school and you sit on your bum all day long, then you come home and go to your computer and you continue to sit on your bum?? Well, lovey, it's the whole "sitting on your bum" thing that is making you tired and weary.

Perhaps you should get up and do a bit of cardio exercise after school to get your blood pumping.

Stay away from energy drinks. Remember to drink 3 litres of water a day to keep you well hydrated and alert. (I doubt you get enough water at school, so drink lots when you get home).

Cheers

Get up and take a walk. Vary your schedule so you don't spend over 30 minutes on the computer at one setting.
Get your blood sugar checked too.

exercise is the best way... go for a 5 min walk, or a 10 min jog, anything, even a walk around the garden

also eat things like bananas and oranges

sleep well, eat well, and make sure you get enough exercise. Surprisingly enough, you can stay awake longer if you tire yourself out from working out.
DO NOT, and I repeat, DO NOT TAKE ENERGY DRINKS TO KEEP YOU AWAKE! Getting started, or to keep these going is very hazardous to your health. Studies have shown that people who drink these, even only one can a day, can make you very sick, do to the overload of caffine and surgar. People have died because too much caffine was put into their system by energy drinks!

Why not go to the doctor and tell him how you are feeling? You might have anaemia which is a lack of iron which may indicate you need an iron supplement. You could have an underlying condition or you might simply not be eating/sleeping/exercising well.
