I agree with you that the U.S. has no right to execute anyone and they did it by installing a puppet Iraqi Government and having them do it. Damn, can you imagine China overthrowing our governent and hanging Bush, Cheney, Rice, etc. but by actually having americans carry it out so they look like the american people did it. The American government has been corrupted for years and years and have killed countless numbers of people throughout history.

You don't have a valid criticism. Saddam Hussein was tried, convicted, and executed by his own people. The US held him until the government judicial system got up and running.

Hussein deserved execution, no matter who carried it out.

Last I heard, Saddam was executed by the Iraqi govt; the US did not want him executed because the US wanted to interrogate him and find out his links with Iran, Syria and perhaps, Al-Qaeda.

I'm not good at world politics, but I thought the UN had something to do with Hussein's sentencing or something like that. America might have made sure he was caught, but I don't think we sentenced or executed him.

we handed Saddam#12 over to the makeshift Iraqi Government, he was exicuted under their jurisdiction. Well, you're probably right that it wouldn't have happend if the US didn't want it to.

He was tried and executed by an Iraqi court. Americans just overthrew and captured him.
