Yes, there was an earthquake yesterday that jolted Luzon, but there are no reports of disaster. The disaster reports focus on Isabela, a province that was hit hard by Typhoon Mina, burying crops and rendering thousands of families homeless.
Then there are those in some Catanduanes towns that were not reached by relief operations in the last couple of days, with the help making it just today as the weather has just recently improved.
