I only been on Answers for about 2 months, maybe a little more than that. I believe if I had to take a wild guess it would be about 7 days worth or more.

will i sleep about 6 to 7 hours a day now instead of 10 hours a day. thank god I'm still alive but i do feel something wrong with my body and mind. i keep on forgetting to do something so that's why i decided to be on Y,A only one hour a day.

well i go to sleep late sometimes because of 2 yr but i would still stay a few hours after she would fall asleep

not sleep ,but general housework,loads and its been 2 years for me,ijust come and go on it when i am at home after work,i have a laptop and that makes it worse
