The University of Bergen, Norway has good connections with FUNDAN University and East China Normal University; Shanghai. You might want to go on an exchange program. All the Universities in Norway are good.

Search Google for Erasmus Mundus Masters program.
Now keep one thing in mind. The country of the program is really not that important as much as the accredition. These three accreditions are very important - AMBA, AACSB and EQUIS.
Which ever program you apply to, make sure it has at least one of these accreditions. Then you need not be worried about the programs recognition. Have a look at their websites and select programs listed there.
