The only thing you SHOULD do is voice your opinion about the paternity of this child, calmly. Then let it go. If he wants the child there is no amount of convincing that can be done! My 3 year old son was conceived after 4 days together with his dad(we'd been friends for 10 years) his family and friends swore it wasn't his, he and I knew better but 2 1/5 years later did a DNA test for legal reasons and now they can all bite me! I feel very angry that they inter-feared the way they did. Just be happy for his happiness, regardless!

In the end, the decision is up to your brother. However, if you want to calmly (one time) tell him that you think he should have it done, the best way to do it might be to approach it from a positive angle.
Instead of saying "your girlfriend is the town doorknob and you don't know who that baby belongs to" instead try "maybe you should get a paternity test so that if, God forbid, something happened to your *lovely* girlfriend you would be able to have custody of your baby".
Don't pressure him, and don't make it sound like a bad thing, and remember that once you bring it up it's up to him to do the rest.

Leave it alone. It's his choice. I've heard of family's interfering for their own agenda, and wished the baby wasn't "his" only to be proven wrong, and if that were to happen, it would permanently put a strain [even a slight one] on your r-ship.

just give him the advice and tell him that if he does then nobody can question that the baby is his then if the baby is his he can have no doubts he will regret it later if he gets it and finds out its not his after he is already attached

Maybe he wants to take care of it and raise it like his own whether it is or not. Some men are like that.

Maybe mind your own business, and let your brother tend to his.
