If you really like nature you can try this- when someone had offensed you or you feel alone or in bad mood go to a three in the park, better an old three/they know and help more/ and put your hand on it - you will feel relaxed and loved. Some people say three are alive, I believe also.

If you cant find an old "three", try a fire hydrant. As long as you have a good imagination, you can pretend its loving and soothing you.
