What is "Moral Decline"? I mean, who ever said "Morals decline"? We know they change. But to say that they "decline" can be a statement made only by one who thinks they are "ascended".

So the real reason "Morals Decline" is because of "Judgement".

It is directly associated with a decline in a belief in a higher moral authority, i.e. God. God would be the only authority to Whom we have an obligation to obey. Without a higher authority, we are always free to change our moral standards to fit our particular situation.

Apathy. People seem to not care about what is happening in the world around them, it is becoming very self-centered. Punishments for crime seem to be getting easier and shorter as well, people need to have consequences to their action if they are going to learn.
