ok my best friend wanted to walk home fro mat party at 1.00 am threw the worst town with high crime and by her self n i wouldnt let her and she slapped me and toll me off then all her friend are like he's only protecting u he loves you. and she like well i love him to and then she left and got rapped and now she saying that happen because i let her go and she was only doing it to c if i would ran after her.

Well... I think shes probably just angry and blaming it on the first person she thought about?
It is her fault for not listening to you.
but it isnt her fault for getting raped.
Firstly, if she sed she was only doing it to c if yu would run after her, why did she actually go? like did she want to get rape? if she new that it would of happened and that then you didnt go after her, wouldnt she just then not go home alone?
very confusing?
tell her, what you mean to her in safety issues.
tell her that i thought that you would get angry at her if i chased you, and that the worst thing is to see you upset! :( then tell her, i didnt know that you would actually go alone . you new it was dangerous didnt you?

Darlin, i'm sorry! It's NOT your fault that the girl was raped... you were trying to protect her, and she was nasty about it... it's a shame she was raped, and she really needs to report it to the police and get herself into some therapy.
Please don't beat yourself up over this.. it is unfortunate, but you can't control her decision to go alone... YOu did try, and she hit you and told you off....
I hope that from now on, when this girl REALLY wants someone to walk her home or be with her, she will come out and say "Yes, i'd like it if you walked me home".... that would be the sane approach..

that sounds abit over the top to me. if she did get rapped no way would it be your fault. all you can do is be there for her she'll realise it wasnt your fault she shouldnt of been so childish and yoour not to know what she wants and after slapping you i wouldnt go after her either. best of luck hope things work out.

That's ridiculous, she's just trying to blame it on someone else. It's not her fault either because that is something HORRIBLE, but you did try how did you know that she would've let you stop her. girls do that to see if their man will actually go after them. i have been known to do that before and mine did go after me. (hes always there for me when i need him)
but it aint like she knew she was gonna get raped.
she feels ashamed that she was raped and trying to think of an excuse because of this. she is probably thinking "only if my knight in shining armour rescued me" but dont be too mad at her. let her know that u still love her and will continue to be by her side

It's not your fault, but don't you feel really bad inside that you didn't follow her and protect her?
I mean sh*t if I cared about someone I'd practically stalk them home to make sure that they got back safely.

its not ur fault. dont let her put that on you. but...as a woman...we do stupid things just to see how guys respond. and then we get mad if they respond in the wat we didnt want them to. but....her being raped is noooooooot ur fault.
