Can you play hearts over a LAN?

Wouldn't that be the most awesome mod ever? And then add a chat box or a webcam field or something to see people expressions...it's over a LAN so dvd-quality video could be achieved...

You used to be able to with NT 4.0 they removed this in later versions. I think if you find an old copy you can use it on the XP platform.
