Looking for specific answers as to what you can't live without. (Or what your Girlfriends can't live without! Please no gift certificate ideas)

It could be a specific beauty product like fav lipgoss', eyeshadows or bath products, or even scented candles? Lemme know it's such an awkward age. (Not sure what to buy one is 23, the other is 25
They both ironically have fairly thick hair and like to read. One has a funky style, the other more luxery/pampered style.) They are both addicted to makeup and hair products.

Well, I'm 27, but here are some things that have come up for me for the past few years, and for my friends as well:

Hair straightener - a good one with ceramic plates
Mary Kay TimeWise skin care, ESPECIALLY eye creams
Candy Candles
A pair of red Mary Janes, I think everyone needs a pair of red shoes
A causal, can use everyday clutch with optional strap
Chapters gift card
Hot water foot massager
Bra fitting and gift card for proper bra
SUPER SOFT throw blanket (for watching sad movies)
Nice wine glasses ( I collect them)
Stylish luaggage set
Light up cosmetic mirror with optional magnifying miror (Mine is a Clariol, but I don't think they make them anymore)
400 or more count sheets, or satiny sheets, RED!
Pantene colour specific shampoo/conditioner

Hope that helps a bit

Gift basket full of bath products. Bath & Bodyworks and Kohls sell some cute ones. Also, I love it when people give me those soft fuzzy socks for Christmas. They're so nice to own especially when you live in a cold area.

I'm bookish too. Perhaps you could ask them what books they havent read yet that they might enjoy. It wouldnt be a surprise - but I'm sure they'd appreciate the kind thought.

Happy Holidays and Good luck!

You could simply ask for gift cards. Then you can get what you want when you see it. But here are some other things you could ask for. A journal and some cool pens ($10) The Dork Diaries, Diary of a Wimpy kid books, Belle Teal (I LOVED this book), The Secret Language of Girls, So B. It (LOVED it), Bridge to Terribithia, ($42) Colored pencils, markers, sketch book, crayons, paints, etc. ($20-$40) An mp3 player or CD's ($10-$45) A giftcard to Kohls, Target, Walmart, K-Mart, etc. ($25+) Comic books ($10+) Boots from target ($25) Here are some ideas with some estimated prices...Hope I helped a little!!! Happy Holidays! Hope its a great one for you and your family! -Mia-

How about

something from Sephora -- they have some great palette products or gift packs at this time of year

and

a Kevyn Aucoin (the best makeup artist!!) book! :-)

Seriously, they will love you even more than they do now.

maybe some expensive makeup that they wouldn't buy themselves. like chanel eyeshadow or lipstick or something.

also...speaking as a 23 yr old myself...it's a pretty stressful time and a massage at a spa is always a good idea!
