Good Lord!
Sounds like you had more than a couple when you wrote that! But nevermind. It normally makes sense to consult a lawyer.
Good Luck!

Not understanding the main points of the case, I need to recollect that possibly a plea IS the exceptional recommendation from the legal professional. Telling the pass judgement on the whole lot does sound fishy. Details approximately the case are meant to be privileged. However, if a patron threatened an lawyer (no longer pronouncing your son did, I'm simply looking to believe of an instance right here), for instance, I believe it might be proper for a legal professional to inform a pass judgement on that if she desired off the case. Your exceptional guess, if you're unsatisfied, is to rent an additional lawyer.

Plea not guilty ,get a lawyer, for DUIs they run about 500 a court date. Or you can get a public defender, but they dont really do much.
Depending on the state and if its her first DUI, she will have to go to AA meetings, about 20 hours of alcohol-driving discussions, pay a fine (mine was 700 bucks), and have her license suspended for 30 days to a year. Some states, if you finish all taht in a timely fashion, it wil not go on her record (only if its her 1st). Hope you arent in AZ, she'll be going to jail.

Get an attorney, and next time tell her to get a blood test, because a blood test leaves something to retest again. Absolutely, get a lawyer, though, because the cost of a plea plus your higher insurance will be just as bad.

By all means talk to a lawyer the consultation is usually free and they could give you a better idea where you stand in that state.

You should get an attorney. The penalties for having a DWI are severe, so an attorney can advise you on how to best proceed.

The cost would depend on who and where! You need one who deals with cases like this. Sounds like you do need to get one.
If she pleads guilty, your insurance will go through the roof! If you are in the Clinton area, call Eddie Morgan.

There are several things to consider here and only a lawyer can present them in such a manner as to best defend the defendant and get him/her the best deal.
