I had a level 7 account suspended despite a perfect record of no complaints, it really hurt too. The Yahoo system for suspending people really hurts innocent people and desperately needs improvement. You would think someone reaching level 7 should have a little bit of trust, but Yahoo treats them as rookies. The sad part is this system does nothing to take out the real bad people, the trolls. They just create a new account and come back unaffected. Yahoo should be very ashamed of their bad actions in this regard.

I think people forget those violations they got way back when and there is no magic number Yahoo uses to decide when to suspend a account. Plus if a pattern is shown lets say for instance, chatting, it quickens the suspension.
Yahoo issues violation notices as a warning for the user to familiarize themselves with the guidelines so as not to repeat the same violation and many, many times people simply ignore the warnings.

It is a form of extortion. Yahoo confiscated that level 7 account and used it to pay off some debts.

It's scary to think that any one of us get suspended anytime & for no good reason at all. I really hate this.

I don't know, someone must have reported her for something. Can't imagine why, I don't even report those who DO deserve it.
