well it would help to know what country you in and what bank you use i was with bank of America and moved to Germany and volksbank was the only bank i could get into my account

wire transfer of funds. take your money where you are to a local bank (they are all part of an international mega group now anyways) and have them wire transfer the money to your bank here in the USA. you will need to provide them with your banks ABA routing number and your personal account information and they will wire the money and it gets deposited.

most banking institutions will let you mail in your deposit. (by mail I would suggest a reliable shipping method which you can trace)
