A do-rag. I still style my hair when my husband & I go riding, to keep it from getting blown & tangled, I tuck it all under a do rag & then strap my helmet on like always. My helmet is one size larger than I would normally wear, but with all my hair up in, it fits perfectly!

Good luck!

I've got long straight hair, and always braid it or keep it contained somehow.

I have a friend who has very curly hair, we don't talk about it (what kind of freak says to a riding buddy 'gee, your hair looks terriffic, what product are you using ?') but it always appears he's got some soft gel or leave-in conditioner in it - always looks great when he takes off the helmet. Much better than mine!

I have other buddies who wear silk balaclava's under their helmet in the colder weather - definitely reduces helmet hair, but doesn't remove it entirely.

I think the skull cap thing is a little too 'middle-aged suburban biker dude' looking for me.

I wear an open faced helmet, so I just wear a baseball cap under the helmet.
If you wear a full face, try one of these:
