I love it. Especially the icing. But I prefer pineapple turnover cake.... yummy in my tummy!

No. It seems like a crime against nature to me. If I'm going to eat cake I eat cake. If I'm going to eat carrots I eat carrots. There is no green bean cake or zucchini cake. Why did they decide to make carrot cake? I just don't get it.

Well, unfortunately for you (or me) I happen to love it! I haven't had it in a long time. All I remember was that it was very moist and had cream cheese frosting and it was very sweet! Yes, I think carrot cake is the BOMB! Dang it, now I want some! (well, you have to admit, it's better than zucchini bread by far!)
