went to a christmas party on the weekend and i kissed a work colleage who is married. I am currently in a relationship myself. I think that i have feelings for him what should I do

If your already in a relationship what are your feeling there?
And how can you all of a sudden have feelings for a work colleague if you have only kissed that person once?
I think you are getting bored with your current relationship and you are looking to meet someone new, you have been working with this other person., and find that person attractive, I think I would end the current relationship and try to find someone who is single, why hurt the other person who is married? Would you want someone to come and wreck your marriage?

Don't get your "honey" where you get your "money"! If you play with fire you will get burned. Do any of these sayings ring a bell for you? There is definitely a reason they came to be! I work in an environment that is rife with cheaters and it is akin to watching a soap opera! These people have so much drama in their lives, what with trying to keep their families from finding out, and trying to keep things "secret" at work, that I don't know where they get the energy to get any work done, let alone have time for their families. I suppose it is the adreneline rush of the illicit acts they are committing. Ask yourself if this is how you would like to be treated. Bet the answer would be a resounding NO! If you aren't happy with the person you are with, break it off. Then, go out AFTER WORK and find someone new. To start something with a coworker and not have it work out can lead to a future job hunt for one or both of you. The situation can be a huge mess! Spare yourself the agony. I know one person who has been married to 2 others, and they all still work there!!! Could you work with 2 exes? That person is now with another person.....at work!!! Whewwww....wears me out just telling the facts!! Hope you make the right decision. Move on!

Such things happen all the time. How many times are you going to break existing relationships, marriages, if you cater to all those little whispers of the heart.

It takes a lot of courage and integrity to make a relationship work. I would say, ignore what happened and get on with your life. If you colleague mentions this tell him it was a mistake.

However, if both of you are not in happy relationships, the scenario might be different. Analyse all these aspects before you proceed.
