It's not Christmas for me until I've heard Snoopy's Christmas. I know it's done to death but I just love that song. My other fave is Fairytale of New York by the Pogues. Not just Xmas but also a very dry and possibly one of the best love songs ever! It's a shame noone plays it at any other time of the year.
