Not enough info here....

How many corners?
What kind of joints do you want? Butt, mitered, coped?
What kind of surface are they being applied to?

All of these things will affect price. The more corners you have, the more joints you have to make....and some joints entail more work than others. Then there's the surface .. obviously, concrete floors or walls are going to take more work than wood subfloors and walls.

Standard installation technique will use a powered miter saw to cut length and miter angles. An air compressor and brad/finish nailer would be used to attach them.

If you are looking for comparisons to make a bid yourself on this... I would strongly suggest that youve not enough of an idea of what you will have to do, to make an informed bid... instead tell them what you will work per hour for, and go from there.
If you are looking to compare prices with an estimate youve already recieved, then ask a couple of other trim installers in your area to come out, look at your job, and give you estimates.

Good Luck

If your pricing by the foot dimensions would have helped 3 1/4 is about 1.10 a foot. Stain grade 7 1/4 about 3.80ft. shoe or quarter round flat .45 ft of course region dependent.
