EVERYDAY since Memorial Day weekend!!!
I am getting therapy and chiropractic care 3 times a week!!!!
I was in a car accident last week - rear ended - yeah makes the back even worse!!!!

I've been in 2 accidents in the last 8 years that threw my back out of whack.so to answer your question...the last time i breathed was the last time i had backache.

After working a 12 hour shift on my feet the whole time, best way to combat it is to find a beam, or childs swingset and hang from it, it puts your back into place and makes you feel so much better, I do this everytime my back starts hurting.

Well thats a funny question. Yesterday my back was aching like crazy. My friend toldme to bend down so I did and she thumped my back really hard and it really hurt for a bit then it was fine. So yesterday was the last time.

Mostly all day every day. I fell off a ladder around 10 years ago, & ruptured 2 vertabrae in my lower back. Dependswhat i'm doing really.

I have it every month without exception...during the first few days of my menstruation. I normally take pain killers to ease off a bit. =) gonna have another one soon, next week! *sigh*
