If you can't get if off you'll have to repaint. But save yourself some frustration by first going to Wal-Mart or Lowes, and get some Kilz Original. It should be available in a spray can. Spray that over the stain before painting. If you don't, the stain will probably come right thru the paint. Kilz is white, so if you're lucky it will match close enough that you won't even have to paint over it. However, Kilz will be a flat finish, and a lot of bathrooms would have either an eggshell or semigloss finish, so I wouldn't count on it matching.

Before running down to the store for paint or goof off or anything like that try and spray some wd40 on it and try to clean it off with that. If this wont work clean the area off with some tsp then paint the wall. Best of luck

LMAO. It really depends on the sheen of the paint. Some you can clean some you cant. If it comes down to it go to home depot or lowes and get a quart of paint. Goodluck
