He has the long legs that will allow the kilt to be worn properly to slightly below his knees. A nice Murray clan Sport Kilt like the ones you see here. He wouldn't need the sporran either since the stash pocket should be large enough to hold his spare ball.

As few people have already said, Djokovic would probably do it for fun, and I bet it would be hilarious, so Djokovic is my first pick. Others might be Roddick, Blake, Nadal, Baghdatis, and Gasquet.
