For me it's Carly Simon's 'Nobody does it better,' although the latest song is a close second.

The Spy Who Loved Me was the first Bond I saw at the cinema so I supposed I'm biased.

What's your favourite and why?

A View To A Kill was alright but I preferred other Duran Duran tracks.

It would be remiss not to mention 'All time high' by Rita Coolidge. A truly moving song.

Soppy I could not decide between three Bond songs. So I will list them in order and you choose. This is my order next to "Goldfinger".Number one "Live and Let Die".Number two "A View to A Kill".Number three "The Man With The Golden Arm".I loved all the Bond Songs and this narrowing was very difficult.

The one that comes to mind is the theme from "You Only Live Twice." The lyrics are particularly horrible, as are the lyrics for quite a few of the Bond themes; trite and forced. However, the music behind the lyrics is haunting, mysterious, and while it features clearly anglicized strong triads in the melody, the counter-theme is definitely oriental. I must admit (and this admits my age), this theme came out in my teenage years, when music and emotion are strongly, personally blended. I doubt anyone younger than fifty would find "You Only Live Twice" to be one of the best Bond themes.

Live and let die, followed by The Spy Who Loved Me

The World Is Not Enough by GARBAGE!

It fits the movie perfectly. Shirley Manson's voice is so seductive and just sets the mood for the movie.

In my oppinion, "For Your Eyes Only" is the worst Bond song. it is totally cheesy and lame and so not a Bond song.

Shirley Bassey crooning out "Goldfinger", although carly does a fine job.

I also have to give a vote for Paul McCartney and "Live and Let Die"

Great question, I like them all but my all time favourites are:

We have all the time in the world - Louis Armstrong from OHMSS

All time high - Rita Coolidge

Diamonds are Forever - Shirley Bassey

For Your Eyes Only - Sheena Easton

Diamonds are Forever.
Why?
Because the opening images fit the song like a glove; plus the callousness of the lyrics make it such a Bond item.

Definately "The world id not enough" by Garbage, although "You know my name" by Chris Cornell comes a close second!

I love Casino Royale! Just take a look at my myspace profile!
