$40 bucks a day for jury duty?

I dont make much money and my employers said they will only pay me $25 a day for jury duty service. Thats LESS than the $40 the court would pay me!

Should I just say "No" on the question "Will your employer pay you", so I can get $40 instead of the $25? I'm confused. HELP!

ask the court clerk. in our county if your employer pays less then the county then the county pays you the difference. the court clerk is the one who can answer that for you.

It's $10.00 a day here...some companies won't pay you at all.
