Probably (85% sure) means "Throttle Position Sensor" or "TPS".
"ASSY" means assembly.

if you are working on the transmission it could be that it might be referring to the transmission range sensor, which is something like the safety neutral switch. were the engine will turn over when the trans is only in park or in neutral.

i have to agree, throttle position sensor is the most logical option to me.
