I'm looking for headphones that would be used for my Ipod and computer. The should be able to play loudly without degrading quality.

Limit is 100$

A few options:

Sennheiser PX-100 are highly rated, foldable, and affordable.
These are a semi-open design, so if played loud others WILL hear your music.

Sony MDR-V600 Studio Monitors are very popular, more of a closed design (so less bleedthrough of sound).

Sennheiser CX300s are supposed to be a good set of earbuds. Also the V-Moda Vibe are excellent (I own a set of these), and available in cool colors.

Right at your limit are the Sennheiser 280Pro, which are very comfortable and nice sounding. But perhaps a bit bigger (over the ear) than you're looking for.

Also checkout Headroom (www.headphone.com) where they have a lot of useful, accurate headphone reviews.

I have listened to the Sennheiser PX-100 and HD280, and the V-Moda, but have not heard the Sony MDRs, or the Sennheiser CX300...

Hi. I have always been impressed with the Sennheiser brand because of their excellent sound quality and comfort.

Here is a link with various priced headphones.
