Most of the time when I start my computer I get a blue screen that says there is a problem with windows, and it cannot start. When it does start is says my system memory has changed. Then is says it is minimizing memory. When I get to the main screen windows installer trys to install this program called cccommon. Norton is also trying to install cccommon. My Microsoft security center keeps coming up and saying I have no firewall or antivirus(Even thought Norton is installed and shows green that everything is okay.) Every time my computer tries to install cccommon it says 'This MSI must be installed at setup'. Please help!

You have something chronically wrong with your computer. How old is it? If it is about 3 years old, check for bulging capacitors.

Memory may have worked loose, reseating it may help. ccCommon is part of Norton, which is a vast rat's next of programs. Security center obviously does not see Norton firewall or antivirus. If they are not working, something may have run off with your computer.

I recommend a repair shop.

Sounds like your computer has been infected. One of the first things some virus do is to attack the anti-virus software. If you have a CD purchased Norton then put it in a CD or DVD and boot from this disk. Then do a complete virus scan while booted from the CD. If it is very new it may not recognize it and you may have to go to the Norton Web site to update your definitions and report your problem.
