Everyone lies. It happens all the time. Some are big and some are small. But how do you know when they are lying?

usually if someone is lying, they won't make eye contact, or they will focus on something else and try to get off the subject.

a) they can't look you straight in the eyes when speaking
b) they don't remember what they lied about, and in a few months....it will be brought up again, this time with a different story so you catch them in their lies
c) they're very figidy..in their body language.
d) some are just compulsive liers and never know what is truths anymore.

I can usually tell in a persons eyes. You'll see a "twitch" of sorts, that shows they're not telling the truth~*

There ears will turn red,they move around alot,not really any eye contact,sometimes peopl have different ways you can tell there lying..hope i helped =]

Dont think you can really tell! I agree with the eye contact answers above but some people are so practiced at it that they are good at hiding deception!
