When I was a child we would make Christmas trees from toothpicks and Styrofoam balls and spray with can snow.?

There was a larger ring on the bottom with each ring going up becoming smaller till only 1 ball was on top. I have forgotten how to make it and my mother is gone so she can't tell me what I need to know. It was extremely cute and a good project for children to make.
