ok my science teacher and i have a bet that i cant make drinkable wine in an hr to 30 min . were going to put yest in frute juice and put a balloon over the glass and let it fill up the balloon. as we all know this is LIKE the way they make wine giving more sugar and what not . im just wondering if this can even happen . i think if i bring in a hair dryer and put it to the glass this will speed up the process . plz tell me what you think !!!!!!!!!!!!!!

!. There is an optimum temperature. You should research what it is.
2. The more yeast you start with the faster it will go.

You might get something out of it, but I really really doubt it'll be drinkable. I'd be prepared to lose this one if I were you.
