Don't worry if "men" like this, ask your man and if he says yes then go do the dishes and sweep up a little. Make sure he know something you like so he can do that for you too.

I'll put it this way: Yes, we like an organized and clean house, BUT if your kitchen is always a wreck because you're crazy busy and don't have time to clean, most guys can relate and won't be all that nutty about it. On the other hand, if your house is a wreck because you're lazy, most guys have a huge problem with that.
That said, if you find that your disorganized house causes YOU stress, who cares what we think? Do yourself a huge favor, and bribe a neat freak friend to help you get organized and come up with a way to keep you that way. Also, realize "organized" is a gradient concept. Don't think you have to be the total opposite of what you are... find the harmony...not "balance," which is almost impossible, but HARMONY, where things are "okay."

A organized house runs smoothier than a disorganized house When you know where everything is things go smoothier Bills and things are in there place If you have a family cleaned and lived in will be the theme It is organized clean yet comfortable A great way to keep it uncluttered get rid of what you do not need or have grown out of every 30 days If it just does not work for you anymore donate it to a shelter In my 22 years of marriage we all have pitched in to do house and yard work

My husband is as messy or worse in the kitchen than I am. He hates the way I load the dishwasher, but he leaves dishes in the sink for days, all messy, not even stacked up neatly. I detest that, but since he re-loads the dishwasher his way every time I try to help out I just gave up and wait for him to clean up the kitchen.
Anyway, I keep my bathroom clean, he keeps his gross and disgusting with little curly hairs all over the floor and a year's worth of soap scum running down from the soap dish. If my bathroom floor gets a few hairs, out comes the broom!
I love him, but some of his habits I don't.
That's called acceptance.

My husband likes a clean house. He used to keep his appartment very clean and organized. That was one thing that really surprised me when I first went to his house. It made mine look shameful. But my house is often a wreck also. It's not really dirty, just very unorganized. He doesn't give me a rough time about it though. He's usually pretty good about just helping me pick up when he thinks things get too messy.

I like 90% organization. Too much clean makes you a clean freak. As long as you can use your kitchen and they're aren't any roaches crawling around, most guys wouldn't care.

Of course we like a clean kitchen, but if you have other things going or need help, men can clean too.

Yes, everyone loves a organized and clean house, but it isn't the most important thing in life. God bless.

I am sure most do. And the kitchen should always be the cleanest room in the house. If not, you are asking for bugs, or for someone to get food poisoning.

Well you're kind of going from one extreme to the other. Of course a guy is going to like a spotless house and not like a completely fked up kitchen... that's a no-brainer.
