5(1 - t) > 4(3 - t)

Expand both sides :
5 - 5t > 12 - 4t

Add 5t to both sides :
5 > 12 + t

Subtract 12 from both sides :
-7 > t

Turn it around :
t < -7

It's been a long time since I graphed these and times
may have changed, but I think you put a little circle
on -7, to show that it's not included, and then draw
an arrow from the left side of the circle, directed
towards all numbers that are less than -7.

-7 > t
t < -7
