I'm just naturally curious. I care what people think, since it can enhance my own views on life. Who doesn't want others' opinions, specifically to validate their own?
I also do it to get information....or as a rhetorical strategy, lol. Or if I'm being plain nosy! ;P

usually when I need an answer to something that I have thought long and hard about and cant come up with one myself or when I need to know something and need a second opinion on it.
