If you haven't had your period for seven months, you could be pregnant. However, by seven months you should be showing signs of pregnancy. Although it could be menopause, it would depend on how old you are. Menopause is normally in later life.
Remember, pregnancy tests are NOT always accurate.
Either way, you should see a doctor. Ultra sounds are a good idea, (pregnant or not, they're an easy way to make sure everything inside of you is working right,) and your doctor may give you one.
If you're on certain birth controls, they can stop your period for different intervals of time. Some make it to one period a year.
Naturally, women skip their periods occasionally. Seven months is a long stretch, though. If you don't see signs of pregnancy, go see a doctor. And see one if you're pregnant too.
Remember, if you are pregnant, and you don't want the child, you can have an abortion. So there's nothing to be worried about.
I hope I helped, good luck.

EDIT: If you're young and too worried to let anyone know, look up "Plan Parenting" in your area. (Doesn't mean you have to have the kid.) They can help you out without your parents finding out.

Well,
When I was 25, and already had one child, I took a pregnancy test (over the counter) and it was negative...
Told my husband, he said well your not pregnant,, but inside I felt like i was so took 2 more over the counter tests within a 2 week period....all turned out negative.
Then i went to a free pregnancy clinic for a free test, it was negative too.
finally a month had gone by and I still felt it....so I took one last test and bam within 3 seconds it was positive.
Called the doctor, and she did a blood test that confirmed that I was 10 weeks along.
So long story short, trust your instinct I just knew I was pregnant, and I was right!

But if you have not had a period is 7 months, it could mean something more like menopause

Not all pregnancy tests are accurate.

If you're concerned that you might be pregnant, it's probably worth seeing your doctor and having a blood test taken - as this is a far more accurate way of testing whether you are pregnant or not.

Either way, it's probably a good idea to speak to your doctor anyway, because you haven't had your period for 7 months.

Have you got any signs/symptoms of being pregnant?

You need to get to a doctor as soon as possible, there are alot of reasons why you may not be having a period some minor and some more serious either way you need to get to a gynecologist because not having a period for 7 months is not good!!!

Well I would first stop worrying my self to death about it and call the DOCTOR and make an appointment. That isn't normal to go that long without a period, unless you have an IUD or some other form of birth control. Or your going Thur menopause..anyways just make an appointment you would feel much better if you were seen by a doctor..

If you haven't had a period in 7 months there are a number of things that could be wrong such as PCOS. It is HIGHLY doubtful that you are pregnant as at this point you would have experienced symptoms such as weight gain, and felt the baby moving etc. You should go to a gynecologist and get checked out as some of these problems may interfere with your future fertility.

Some times if you are under stress, gained a dramatic bit of weight or lost a lot of weight your period may stop. If the pregnany says negative they can sometimes be wrong however you should maybe go to the drs so he can do a test.

I would say a false negative. Or maybe you just were not far along enough for the test to tell. Ususally it is like three weeks for me and I have been preagnant 4 times. I would go to your doctors, Maybe you are preagnant. But if not, you could have something called endometreosis. Make a apptointment at your doctors and ask hm about it.

Have you been on BC for a long period of time? I was on the Depo for about 4-5 years and after I went off it was a good 18 months before I had a period and was diagnosed with PCOS. And now I have to take Provera to start my cycle and Clomid to ovulate. (fingers crossed for a baby-:D)
