I would say life is a challenge, the question fairness or unfairness is a relative phenomenon.

Life can only be unfair if there is a set of rule governing how life should turn out. There is none. Life only seems unfair, because we have expectation of what the "good life" is, and when they are not me, we say it "isn't fair." What we really mean is that life didn't turn out the way I wanted it to In that regard, life is not ALWAYS unfair. Sometimes our expectations are met, and sometimes they are not.

Fairness and Unfairness are "ethical judgments" thus human perceptions. "Life" in-and-of-itself cannot be either. But the "human condition" will probably always be viewed as "unfair" because life in front of the human "lenses" is dualistic, therefore anytime something is unfair for one, it is at the same time "fair" for another which is considered "unfair" intrinsically due to the "unfairness" of events befalling the party on the opposing side to the "fairness" because, as a "rule of thumb" the conception of "fairness" implies universality - which is obvious an impossibility.

Life always depends on how we look at it.
When bad things happen to us, it is usually then that this question appears in our minds. I say that when things don't go our way it is a way that we can show how we are better than the circumstances, and proving that we can survive anything. This is how I make it through my life, showing that one battle at a time, I am a victor and not a victim!
You are a victor too, all you have to do is open your eyes and heart, look around you and roar. Take each problem on one at a time.
It is not unfair if you see it this way.
Blessings of love and light!

Life is your own making, you get what you give and then some. Sometimes things will happen that will make you say that is unfair, but at those times ask yourself, "what can I learn from this experience, what difference will this make in my life and what good can come from this experience, trust me there is always something to gain from every negative situation. Make the most of your life, if you don't then shame on you.

It is neither fair nor unfair. It is not conscious. It makes no decisions, has no values. People are either fair or unfair, but not life itself, as a whole.

Life will always throw curveballs and at points be unfair. The only thing you can do is learn how to deal with it.

The game of life isn't fair and ballanced. Like monst games, you can also cheat. Unlike most games, it's impossible to ballance the rules. When you popped out of your mom's va-jay-jay, that already has decided a lot. If you were born poor, you have to work your way up, but if you were born rich, your'e set for life and you could be a total dumbass or criminal but you can get away with it because your parents are rich.
If this is good or bad, that's for you to decided, but life is just unfair.

yes and no as confusing as that may sound. like can be rewarding or more easy for others while some people have to work for everything they have. my bf and i for ex. have different lifestyles in the sense of what we were given and he appreciates more what he has because he worked for it vs. me that my parents gave it to me yet i had to earn it as well. i guess that you can see like thru different views yet i see it as a pool full of opportuneties and even when you consider it unfair you should work harder and smarter for what you want and have a goal in life. also having it a little bit tougher will teach you more responsability in many areas of your life in the future such as more things that you learned or had to go thru vs. if you did not. and no life is not fair in the sense that i do not get some things like history in the 20th century even though i am a history major yet i have not given up on it since i cannot. you can complain and ***** about life yet at the end of the day it is what you do with your life and the actions you take and what you do that makes the difference.

Yes, life is always unfair, which is why we spend our lives trying to tip the odds in our favor.
