does any one can help how to download songs/videos from pc to Helio Ocean?

I'm having problems trying to install the software from Helio's page,cant install it.It's there any other software out there that can be used to donwload some songs to my Helio Ocean??

Connect the Ocean to your computer using the USB cable.
on the ocean it will say DEVICE CONNECTED click the left soft key MENU. Now on the ocean press 2 mass storage. This will allow you to use the internal, and external memory as a storage device. Open on your computer where you have your music and just drag and drop into the oceans music folder.
