to Sean Taylors tragic death? Will they come together as a team and "win one for Sean", or will this tragedy just be too much for them to overcome? It's going to be very difficult for them, I think. Sometimes though, stuff like this motivates. Thanx.

At this point I think it's a legit fair question. Man, I know it's gonna be hard for them to play this week.

Thanx El Paso. Thanx Very Much mammmm.

I'm sure they will say something nice and people will be crying. Luckily, we will most likely beat buffalo, so they will probably dedicate the win to him.

WHY DID i GET 4 THUMBS DOWN! I said we will win! I'm in DC. I'm a fan! Crazy thumbs

I think the redskins are a great team but they make too many mistakes. The case can be made that they should have won every game except the patriots fiasco. That game had a lot more to do with a poor game plan. When taylor went down they gave up 20 4th quarter points to the eagles and lost. It doesn't matter if they dedicate the game to Sean. They still have to overcome the mistakes. They dominated Green Bay and Tampa Bay but turnovers and penalties will destroy anyone. They are getting better every game especially now that portis is healthy but this is not their year.

That is tough to say. I have been a die hard Redskins fan since I could understand what football was. That was about 21 years ago. It really does hurt to see Taylor get killed, especially the way that it happened. If he had been killed while doing something dumb, like pulling a gun on someone or fighting at a bar, I doubt I would care so much. But the fact is that it seems like he was stalked, threatened and killed in front of his family in the middle of the night. Add that to the fact that he seemed to have straightened himself out and was staying out of trouble and it makes this even more hurtful. So even for me being a fan, I can hardly think about the game this Sunday or even the rest of the season. I can't even imagnie how the team feels now. I am very glad that they had Joe Gibbs there to handle this though. If anyone in NFL history were equipped enough to handle this, it has got to be him.

As for the game this weekend, I am not going to expect much, but I will obviuosly be praying for a win. I have to wonder how much practice they are going to get in before Sunday and how well the players can concentrate on game plans. I think that this will go one of two ways, they will pick themselves up and pull together to win out for the rest of the season without giving themselves time to think about the downside of this, or they will dwell on this and let it take them down for the rest of the season. My heart is hoping for the former, but I really can't blame them if the latter happens.

What up James?

i think under the leadership of Joe Gibbs the Redskins have a lot of high character guys and they will respond well. It would be nice if they could win one for him.

Being that Sean was at home recooping from an injury;i'm sure they have already game planned to play without him. i wish the NFL would postpone the game as a way to allow the Redskins players to attend the funeral and deal with this tragedy.

The Redskins will off course honor Sean during the game which would make it nice if his family was there-- that's a lot for a week.

Hail to the Redskins! Hail Victory! Braves on the War Path, fight for Old D.C.!

Win one for Sean? How about go on with the season like he never existed? He may have been involved in some gambling scheme, we have yet to find out! What if he was supposed to throw games?

Wait until you know the whole story.

I don't know exactly how they'd respond to tragedy like this. Different people have different reactions to death, and how the Redskins choose to play on Sunday is up to them.

If you asked how I WANTED them to respond, though, I'd say that I would definitely want them to finally come together and "win one for #21."

If anything, the Redskins might dedicate the remainder of this season to his memory, as well as those of the players his age who died in the past eleven months. Sometimes, from great tragedy can come great triumphs.

Well the Redskins aren't that good of a team. So it's not like they're gonna make the playoffs or anything. Maybe they'll get a couple adrenaline wins by pumping themselves up. In the long run who cares?

honestly... there playing the bills.. shouldn't be that hard... but... a football game.. is the least of there worrys.. a man is dead, he wont be there to see his one year old grow up and another child will go without a father.... they have much more then this game to think about.
