I'm involved in a small claims lawsuit, and want to know if it would be possible for me to subpena the other party's driving record from the state? Or would I need to go thru a lawyer?

You can do it yourself. Attorneys are not allowed in small claims court - this means that if you hire one, you go to regular court (and that costs a LOT more). By the way, it would help you a lot if you learned to spell the word correctly. It is subpoena.

You can't subpoenoa anyone. Only an officer of the court can file one.
